We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is motivated, people-friendly, and eager to build a career in sales and business growth. This role involves interacting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right learning solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers via calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Explain program details, pricing, and process clearly
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain relationship till conversion
- Update lead status and communication records regularly
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the counselling and operations team when required

- Any graduate / final-year student can apply
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi (local language is a plus)
- Willingness to learn sales and customer handling
- Comfortable with phone calls and online communication
- Goal-oriented and disciplined approach to work
- Clear salary breakup (no misleading range)
