Ajay Soap Mills is looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production workers, maintain product quality, and ensure smooth and timely completion of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day soap manufacturing and production activities.
- Manage production workers and allocate duties according to daily requirements.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time.
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth operation of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain proper production records, including daily production, wastage, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Check the availability and proper utilization of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to defined quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor wastage and identify opportunities to improve production efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager, Store, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
Candidate Requirements:-
- Graduate / Diploma / ITI qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/factory environment.
- Experience in soap, FMCG, chemical, detergent, or similar manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of production processes and factory operations.
- Strong worker-management and team-handling skills.
- Ability to maintain production records and prepare basic reports.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
- Should be disciplined, responsible, and willing to take ownership of production activities.
