Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller – Sales to promote and sell our range of chips and snack products. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, generating leads and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to retailers, distributors and potential customers
- Promote company products and explain product features and pricing
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM records
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
Requirements
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales or customer support - FMCG experience preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry
- Ability to handle rejection and meet sales targets
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
Preferred Skills
- Experience in food and snacks industry sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Malayalam and basic English speaking ability (mandatory)
