- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and expand dealer/distributor network
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Manage distributors, retailers, and channel partners
- Ensure stock availability and secondary sales movement
- Monitor market coverage and product visibility
- Visit pet shops, feed stores, farms, and distributors regularly
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Address customer complaints and coordinate resolutions
- Submit daily tour plans and sales reports
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Maintain sales data through company systems/apps
- Plan market visits effectively
- Ensure coverage of assigned territory as per route plan
- Monitor outstanding payments and collections
