Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for existing clients, fostering relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Idea Generation: Develop innovative ideas and proposals to upsell existing clients and attract new business opportunities.
- Pitching: Present creative and digital advertising solutions, including strategic campaigns and marketing initiatives, to potential and existing clients.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and approach new clients, leveraging industry knowledge to tailor pitches that meet their unique needs.
- Presentation Skills: Must be good at making professional, visually appealing, and persuasive presentations. Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc., is essential.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to drive relevant new business ideas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to align business proposals with client objectives and internal capabilities.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: 3-4 years in an advertising, creative, or digital agency.
- Good in Presentation Making: Must have strong skills in designing and delivering effective, high-quality presentations.
- Client-Focused: Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of growing client accounts.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box, bringing new ideas and strategies to the table.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
