Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes that align with functional requirements and key performance indicators. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the process blueprints are accurately developed. You will work closely with the Application Architect to translate business needs into application requirements, while also participating in quality management reviews to ensure that all design and business requirements are met. Educating stakeholders about the designs will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring that everyone involved has a comprehensive understanding of the processes being implemented.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning,SAP IBP-TS Supply Planning, SAP IBP- Order based planning
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
