We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to independently lead and drive sales operations for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle including broker networks, sourcing, team coordination, site visits, and closures.
This role requires a strong ground-level sales approach with deep relationship management skills and the ability to generate business through broker networks, references, and direct market connections rather than dependency on listing portals or software-driven lead generation.
Management will focus on business outcomes, while the candidate takes complete ownership of day-to-day sales execution and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of sales targets and revenue generation.
- Develop and expand strong broker and channel partner networks to drive consistent business.
- Generate sales through personal networking, market relationships, references, and sourcing channels.
- Manage and coordinate telecalling, sourcing, site visits, and closing activities.
- Lead the sales team to ensure effective follow-ups and maximum conversion.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and final deal closures.
- Ensure regular engagement with brokers, investors, and key clients.
- Create and execute practical sales strategies focused on actual market conversions.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure strong execution on the ground.
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and performance within the sales team.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to optimize lead conversion, while maintaining primary focus on relationship-based sales channels.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and closures to management.
Requirements:
· Strong experience in real estate sales and team handling.
· Proven ability to generate business through broker networks and market connections.
· Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
· Independent, accountable, and execution-focused approach.
· Should be proactive in market networking and relationship building.
· Practical understanding of real estate customer behavior and conversion process.
· Preference for candidates with an active broker/sourcing network.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· 6 to 10 years of prior experience in B2C Sales hitting minimum monthly targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
