Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, Jiomart, Myntra, Ajio, and other online sales platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, improving brand visibility, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, Jiomart, and other marketplaces.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and specifications.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, stock availability, and catalog health across all platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Resolve listing issues, suppressed products, and account-related concerns.
Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Manage PPC campaigns, sponsored ads, display ads, and remarketing campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Improve website traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
SEO & Content Marketing
- Optimize website and marketplace content for search engine visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate content creation for banners, product descriptions, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
Performance Analysis
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Generate reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, Amazon Business Reports, and marketplace dashboards.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and Customer Acquisition Cost.
Social Media & Brand Promotion
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to execute promotional campaigns.
- Plan seasonal sales, festive campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Marketplace Advertising
- Create and manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace promotions.
- Optimize advertising budgets to maximize sales and profitability.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, customer support, and logistics teams.
- Work closely with sales and management to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Assist in mentoring junior marketing executives when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, Meesho, Jiomart, Myntra, Ajio, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC and Flipkart advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Center.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of marketplace SEO and product ranking strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Marketplace Management.
- Proven experience in managing multiple online marketplaces and digital advertising campaigns.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and marketplace algorithms.
- Experience in handling end-to-end e-commerce operations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
