Hiring: Senior Designer& project manager
Experience: 7–10 Years
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Role Objective
We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our design team and ensure seamless coordination between Design, Site, Production, and Factory for the successful execution of interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor Junior Interior Designers and the 3D Visualizer.
* Allocate projects and monitor design progress to ensure timely completion.
* Review and approve all concept designs, final 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
* Visit project sites for measurements, design validation, and execution support.
* Take and verify final site measurements before production.
* Ensure all final 2D production drawings are accurate and ready for factory execution.
* Prepare and approve production drawings, cutting lists, and technical details.
* Assign Site Supervisors for each project and coordinate site activities.
* Coordinate with factory teams, carpenters, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
* Follow up with vendors for material selection, procurement, and delivery.
* Monitor project timelines and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery.
* Maintain high standards of design quality, technical accuracy, and execution.
Requirements
* 7–10 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Interior Design.
* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and production drawings.
* Experience in site execution, factory coordination, and vendor management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
