Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred)
- Jewellery industry experience will be preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
