As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of custom software projects. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security management.
- Ability to handle system upgrades, patches, and transport management effectively.
- Familiarity with database administration and integration with SAP systems.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar is a plus.
4+ years of experience in IT Change and Release management.
2+ years of experience working with SAP Transportation Management System (TMS)
2+ years of technical experience in SAP CHARM (Solution Manager)
2+ years of technical experience in ServiceNow
Experience working with SAP technology (e.g. ABAP, Java, HANA).
Understand risk management methodology e.g. ISMS (ISO 27001).
Ability to develop effective working relationships with peers and management internationally, in other areas of the IS/IT organization and in Business Streams.
Ability to work in a technical environment, supporting customers of varying skill levels and backgrounds, and ability to translate technical aspects into simple terms.
Technical understanding about Data Centre infrastructure, basic system engineering principles, architecture standards, information risk and security. Knowledge on ServiceNow and SAP transport management operations
