Job Summary
The Customer Care Executive shall be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing leads, coordinating site visits, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives. The Employee shall act as the first point of contact for prospective customers and ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries, projects, and customer requirements.
- Contact prospective customers generated through advertisements, campaigns, referrals, and other lead sources.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and ongoing offers to prospective customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to generate site visits and sales opportunities.
- Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions or escalate concerns to the appropriate department.
- Maintain cordial relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Support Management and the sales team in achieving the Company's sales and customer service objectives.
Performance Targets
The Employee shall achieve the lead generation, follow-up, site visit, and conversion targets assigned by the Management from time to time.
Failure to maintain satisfactory performance standards or achieve the prescribed targets may result in performance review, corrective action, extension of probation, or termination of employment at the sole discretion of the Company.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Experience in real estate customer handling shall be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and customer relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
General Conditions
The Employee shall maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity while representing Vihaan Skyline and shall comply with all Company policies, procedures, and instructions issued by Management from time to time.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
