Saphar Travels is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, and target-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, digital networking, and targeted market research.
- B2B & Client Acquisition: Build, nurture, and maintain robust relationships with potential corporate clients, educational institutions, or group community leaders to pitch curated group travel experiences.
- Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging travel trends, client preferences, and competitor offerings to keep our travel packages highly competitive.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal operations and marketing teams to ensure flawless client onboarding and smooth delivery of travel services.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous, accurate records of all leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines to track progress.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned individual and team business growth targets and revenue objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (Freshers or final-year students with a strong drive are also welcome).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a natural ability to pitch, negotiate, and build immediate rapport.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, resilient, and eager to learn in a highly energetic environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and comfortable utilizing standard productivity/CRM tools (MS Office, Google Workspace) to manage leads.
Important Note: This is a strictly in-person, office-based role to foster seamless team collaboration. Remote or field-work setups are not applicable.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
