JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative and analytical CRM & Digital Marketing Executive to manage customer relationship management activities and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, CRM management, digital branding, and supporting business growth through online channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain CRM databases and customer records
- Track, update, and monitor leads through the sales funnel
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage social media channels and online brand presence
- Coordinate email marketing and lead nurturing activities
- Monitor website performance and digital engagement metrics
- Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and lead conversion
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead generation and customer engagement
- Support content creation and promotional activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM Management
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing platforms
