Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer, located in Mangaluru. The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing various facility management tasks including mechanized cleaning, security services, pest control, and building maintenance. The role requires regular inspections, client interactions, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The Field Officer will also coordinate with the team to deliver high-quality services, meeting client requirements and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, and Mechanized Cleaning
- Skills in Security Services, Pest Control, and Corporate & Domestic Hygiene Services
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proven track record of adhering to safety and compliance standards
- Any Bachelor's degree

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹288,000.00 per year
