Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry & Back Office Executive for our transport company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining transport records, vehicle documentation, trip data entry, invoice records, and supporting daily back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update transport-related data in software and Excel sheets
- Maintain vehicle records, trip sheets and fuel records
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Coordinate withfleet supervisors, and office staff
- Verify transport documents and maintain proper filing systems
- Track vehicle maintenance and document status
- Handle email communication and office documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry with minimal errors
- Support billing and dispatch-related back-office work
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of transport/logistics operations will be preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage records and multitask efficiently
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Diploma or computer knowledge , EXCEL Mandatory
Experience
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
- Experience in transport, logistics, or fleet operations will be an advantage
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
