Requirement:
We are looking for a freelance accountant who has strong knowledge of Tally Prime and can setup our complete company accounting system in Tally as per our business requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete company setup in Tally Prime
- Create and manage:
- Ledger Masters
- Stock Groups
- Stock Items
- Godowns
- GST Setup
- Customer & Vendor Masters
- Setup inventory and rental stock management in Tally
- Configure voucher types and accounting flow
- Enter day-to-day accounting data in Tally
- Record:
- Purchase Entries
- Sales Entries
- Payment & Receipt Entries
- Journal Entries
- Contra Entries
- Maintain proper accounting and stock records
- Setup reports and MIS as per management requirement
- Handle data migration and old entry updates if required
Skills Required:
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime
- GST and accounting knowledge
- Inventory management experience
- Good Excel knowledge
- Ability to independently manage company accounts in Tally
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate joining preferred
- Freelancer with prior setup experience preferred
- Experience in rental/service business accounting will be an added advantage
