8-12 years of relevant working experience in BY WMS Discrete
- Good understanding and experience of Blue Yonder WMS, both Functional and Technical knowledge.
- Deep understanding of BY WMS processes and related BY tables
- Should have hands-on experience on warehouse process execution/screen navigation
- Proven ability to work independently on WMS support projects
- Experience in solving BY Integration issues
- In-depth understanding of key warehouse processes and functions such as receiving materials (inbound logistics), quality management, order management, picking, packing, work orders, shipping (outbound logistics), inventory management and replenishment and their configuration aspects • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Skilled in incident management able to resolve BY WMS functional and technical issues
- Should be able to read logs efficiently and fix issues with quick turn around time.
- Problem management skills should be able to work on permanent fix / root cause analysis for reoccuring issues raised by business.
- Accreditation in any Blue Yonder WMS will be added advantage • Familiar with Agentic AI/GEN AI and experience in ITIL framework
- Must have minimum 8 years of experience in Blue Yonder WMS Discrete Application (BY WMS 2020 and above versions)
- Able to provide root cause analysis for frequently occuring issues in BY WMS. • Perform end to end testing in BY WMS.
- Interface level troubleshooting between various upstream and downstream applications
- Guide the support team/client, conduct super user trainings whenever required.
- Provide functional / technical support to BY WMS users, within client defined SLA
- Monitor performance of BY WMS application and take action to resolve system issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, is a self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to manage/execute workload to deliver high quality results.
- Deploy patches provided by Blue Yonder
- Perform system data backup whenever required
- Support product queries from customers
