- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Review and verify purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS and financial reports.
- Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper maintenance and documentation of accounting records.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Support budgeting, cost analysis, and other finance-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance is preferred.
Experience
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in the manufacturing/steel industry will be an added advantage.
