Key Responsibilities Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and walk-ins. Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers. Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients. Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain CRM records. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with marketing and channel partners for lead generation. Handle customer queries professionally and provide end-to-end sales support. Assist clients with booking, documentation, and loan processes. Build strong relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business. Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing. Requirements Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in real estate sales preferred. Ability to convince and close deals confidently. Basic knowledge of CRM/software and MS Office. Two-wheeler/own transport preferred. Fluency in English and local language preferred. Preferred Skills Strong interpersonal skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Good presentation and customer handling abilities. Ability to work on weekends and holidays if required
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
