About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lead Generation & Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should possess good English communication skills, be confident in interacting with potential clients, and have a strong willingness to learn modern sales techniques, CRM tools, and AI-powered productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, social media, and other lead generation platforms.
- Identify potential customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and build strong client relationships.
- Update lead information, follow-up status, and activities in CRM software.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Use AI-powered tools for prospect research, content generation, email drafting, and productivity.
Required Skills
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Support is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in speaking with customers and handling business conversations.
- Basic understanding of Lead Generation and Sales processes.
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to grow in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, and internet research skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM software, or lead generation tools.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other AI productivity tools.
- Understanding of email outreach and customer communication.
- Basic knowledge of B2B Sales, SaaS, IT, or Digital Marketing industries is an advantage.
