Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage hiring for retail, corporate, and support functions.
- Source candidates through portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references, and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial screening and interview coordination.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and feedback.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
- Manage candidate engagement and follow-ups to reduce dropouts.
- Handle bulk hiring and walk-in drives whenever required.
- Support campus recruitment activities and hiring drives.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing strategies.
- Experience in stakeholder management and candidate coordination.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
