Telenova Networks Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic Project Engineer to manage and execute projects efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for handling multiple sites, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise multiple project sites
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities as per schedule
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure proper installation and commissioning of systems (ELV/Networking/BMS)
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Handle site issues, troubleshooting, and escalation
- Ensure materials, manpower, and resources are effectively utilized
- Maintain project documentation and compliance with standards
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all sites
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in project execution (ELV/Networking/Construction preferred)
- Strong knowledge of site management and coordination
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in handling multiple sites simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel to different project locations
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
