Keyhike Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through various online and offline channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, International Business)
- B.Tech
- BBA
- B.Com
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, SaaS Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
