Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing with 5–8 years of experience in the railway and metro infrastructure sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and supporting tendering activities for metro and railway projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for railway and metro projects.
- Identify new business opportunities with government bodies, metro corporations, and contractors.
- Manage the end-to-end tendering process including pre-qualification, bid preparation, and submission.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, finance, procurement) for proposal development.
- Prepare presentations, technical-commercial proposals, and client documentation.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums related to railways and metro infrastructure.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of railway/metro project lifecycle and procurement processes.
- Experience in handling government tenders (e.g., EPC / turnkey projects).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and commercial terms.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or related field (preferred).
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience working with metro rail corporations, railway PSUs, or infrastructure companies.
- Exposure to large-scale metro projects and railway modernization initiatives.

- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.

Pay: ₹83,000.00 - ₹93,000.00 per month
