Who We’re Looking For:
An organised, proactive and customer-focused Post Sales Executive who can be the bridge between our internal teams and valued customers post booking. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth post-sale processes including documentation, registry coordination, data management, and exceptional client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle post-sales customer relationship management and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients with documentation related to booking, agreements, payment schedules, and registration.
- Coordinate with the legal, finance, and sales teams for timely processing of documents.
- Track customer payments and follow up on pending dues as per the payment schedule.
- Manage agreement execution, possession process, and handover documentation.
- Address customer queries, requests, and complaints related to post-sale services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer documents and transaction details.
- Coordinate with banks for loan disbursement and documentation where required.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding post-sales activities and customer feedback.
What You Should Bring:
-Knowledge of real estate documentation & registry processes is preferred.
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
-Strong command over MS Excel, Google Sheets & file management tools.
-Well-organized, detail-oriented and customer-obsessed approach.
-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
