Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the restaurant’s IT infrastructure, POS systems, networks, and day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, internet connectivity, CCTV systems, and restaurant management applications across outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain restaurant POS systems, billing software, and payment integrations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
- Monitor internet connectivity, Wi-Fi performance, and LAN infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripheral devices.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software updates, and equipment servicing.
- Maintain CCTV systems, biometric devices, and backup systems.
- Ensure data security, antivirus protection, and regular system backups.
- Support restaurant operations during opening and closing hours when required.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and licenses.
- Assist in implementation of new technology solutions across outlets.
- Provide timely technical support to multiple restaurant locations if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support,
- Knowledge of POS systems, networking, Windows OS, routers, switches, and CCTV.
- Basic understanding of cloud applications and database management.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
