Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Property Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and smooth functioning of the property. The candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, coordinating with technicians and vendors, addressing property-related issues, and ensuring that all facilities are maintained properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the property.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and identify maintenance requirements.
- Handle and monitor mechanical, plumbing, pumps, pipelines and other utility-related systems.
- Coordinate with technicians, housekeeping, security and external vendors.
- Attend to and resolve maintenance complaints from tenants/occupants.
- Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance work with external contractors and service providers.
- Ensure common areas, equipment and facilities are maintained in good condition.
- Monitor maintenance work and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, repairs and vendor visits.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and property assets.
- Support emergency maintenance requirements such as water leakage, equipment breakdowns and power/utility-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with basic safety and housekeeping standards within the property.
- Report major maintenance issues and property requirements to the management.
Candidate Requirements
- ITI Fitter / Mechanical Trade qualification is preferred.
- 0–5 years of experience in property maintenance, facility management, building maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical maintenance, pumps, valves, pipelines and plumbing systems.
- Experience in supervising technicians or maintenance staff.
- Good vendor and contractor coordination skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical and maintenance issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple maintenance activities and respond to emergencies.
- Candidates from real estate, facility management, residential societies, commercial properties, malls, hotels or building maintenance backgrounds will be preferred.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
