Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin / CRM Executive to manage administrative operations and customer relationship management activities. The role will support sales and leadership teams by ensuring smooth office operations, accurate data management, and effective client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master internal CRM software- STREAMS
- One point of contact for any internal queries on STREAMS
- Manage and update property information on CRM system with complete accuracy
- Coordinate with sales team to upload new broker properties on streams on a daily basis
- Handle broker queries by providing details on properties listed with us.
- Call and qualify older properties and enquiries listed on STREAMS
- Ensure smooth internal communication on listing of a new property- create awareness in the team.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience in administration or CRM operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Quality tele calling.
- Managed internal CRM software.
- Some work in Sobo- Knows basic locations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
