Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)
Department: Administration / Executive Office
Reporting To: Managing Director / Director
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing daily administrative and coordination activities. Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain schedules.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries when required.
- Maintain confidential documents and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist with office administration and documentation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally.
