Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion? Sol'eart is looking for a Junior Operations Executive to join our growing team and support the daily operations of our premium vegan footwear brand.
Location: Mumbai, Marol.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain inventory records.
- Pack and dispatch customer orders.
- Coordinate courier pickups and shipments.
- Receive, inspect, and organize samples and finished products.
- Conduct quality checks on footwear before dispatch.
- Coordinate with factories, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Manage stock movement and inventory reconciliation
- Support online order fulfillment and day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with relevant skills may apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A background in the fashion industry and/or e-commerce/online operations will be an added advantage
Salary
₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
