Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Trainee (Fresher) to join our Calicut office. This is an excellent opportunity for B.Com graduates with basic accounting knowledge who are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Post basic journal entries and maintain accounting records.
- Assist in preparing vouchers and invoices.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Assist in GST and TDS-related documentation and basic compliance.
- Support senior accountants in month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Completion of a Tally/Accounting course is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and journal entry posting.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Familiarity with Tally, ERP, or other accounting software is an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional accounting environment.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
