Qualifications
- MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM (HR)
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Support HR Operations, Employee Engagement, HR Documentation, Onboarding, and Compliance activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, campus recruitment, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Drive employer branding initiatives through social media, campus engagement, and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain recruitment reports, HR dashboards, HR metrics, and HRMS records.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance the employee experience.
