Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend suitable training programs, and contribute to revenue growth through consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact and follow up with leads provided through the CRM system.
* Understand customer career upskilling requirements and recommend suitable courses.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
* Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities among existing customers.
* Generate referrals through the existing customer base to expand the sales pipeline.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrollment and post-sales support.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Eligibility
* Any Graduation or Post Graduation .
* Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
* Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Working Days & Hours
* 6 days per week
* Total working hours: 9 hours per day
* Includes 1-hour break
* Productive work hours: 8 hours
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
