Job Description:
We are hiring passionate and driven PHP / Laravel Developers to join our growing remote development team. This role is open for Associates with 1–2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain modern, web-based PHP applications using the Laravel framework.
- Collaborate with the UX team to design and implement innovative and user-friendly features.
- Ensure front-end code (HTML, CSS, JS) is consistent and validated across applications.
- Utilize standard development tools to prepare and manage applications.
- Work with backend services and APIs, improving existing data service layers.
- Lead and participate in the entire development life cycle — from concept to deployment and post-launch support.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively within the team.
- Document development processes, system architecture, and code standards.
- Stay current with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Associate: 1–2 years of professional experience in PHP/Laravel development
- Education (Preferred):
- B.Sc (IT), BCA, BE (IT), Computer Science
- M.Sc (IT), MCA, MBA (IT)
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of PHP, Laravel 5+, and object-oriented programming
- Experience with RESTful API design, SQL schema, and SOLID principles
- Familiarity with MySQL performance tuning, query optimization
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat)
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
