We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive with experience in tender management. The candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, including professional email drafting, business correspondence, and official letter writing. Experience in handling government and railway tenders will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Search, track, and download tender notices from various government and private procurement portals.
- Prepare tender documents, quotations, compliance sheets, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for collecting required documents and information.
- Handle end-to-end tender submission processes.
- Draft professional emails, letters, quotations, covering letters, and business correspondence.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and government departments regarding tender-related matters.
- Maintain records of tenders, submissions, EMDs, PBGs, and contract documents.
- Follow up on tender status, order processing, and payment-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
- Manage office documentation, filing, and administrative support activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (Written & Verbal).
- Strong Email Drafting and Official Letter Writing skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to prepare quotations and commercial documents.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience with Government Tender Portals, Railway Tenders, GEM Portal, CPP Portal, IREPS Portal, or e-Procurement portals.
- Knowledge of bid preparation, compliance documentation, and tender procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
