Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment life-cycle.
Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS records.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Experience working on permanent hiring/contract staffing.
Hands-on experience with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
