Job Responsibilities:
Profit & Loss Responsibility:
The Centre Director will work with the Flintoclass headquarter to create their own operating budgets; financial forecasting; revenue and expenses management; payroll management; ensuring financial profitability and long-term sustainability of the centre.
The Centre Director must:
- Ensure the implementation of Flintoclass policies and procedures pertinent to operations, safety, and training
- Maintain records essential for control and evaluation; timely reporting to the Central Operations Team
- Engage in active listening with parents in order to build relationships; understand an individual's goals an interests; take the initiative to assist them in achieving them.
- Ensure the highest level of compliance management and safety requirements.
People Management:
- As the leader of the centre, the Centre Director is expected to
- identify the needs of the staff at the centre
- adhere to the Flintoclass protocol to recruit, interview, hire staff,
- coordinate and/or provide staff orientation to educators and caregivers
- direct, guide, and motivate the educators and caregivers, enabling them to perform at their best.
- conduct timely performance evaluations of the staff; provide them with assistance for their professional growth and development.
Marketing & Communication:
The location of each preschool is unique and so are its marketing initiatives. The Centre Director is responsible for understanding the nature of the demographic and neighbourhood. They must come up with location-specific marketing initiatives to drive the footfalls and admissions.
Research & Development:
Flintoclass believes in designing and delivering a high-quality early learning program. Such a program cannot be designed in isolation. The Centre Director plays a vital role in understanding the effectiveness of the program and provide valuable inputs.
Skills Required:
The Centre Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of a centre while demonstrating exceptional leadership, professional conduct for delivering a high-quality, high-impact early childhood program. Specifically, the responsibilities include but are not limited to the implementation of Flintoclass early learning methodology, preschool management, marketing and communication, financial management, and recruitment of staff.
The Centre Director will have to function with a great degree of autonomy and independence. They will be required to make informed and high-impact decisions about the day-to-day and long-term issues related to the centre. In short, the Centre Director will function as a leader of the centre, a teacher of teachers.

Working Days:6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
