- Role Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations while supporting accounting functions.
- Receive customer payments and issue receipts.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices and payments.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and billing documents.
- Maintain confidential financial and administrative records.
- Assist management with administrative and financial reporting.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office and accounts operations.
- Required Skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software such as TallyPrime, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
