About the Role:
We are looking for a strong React.js Developer to work on a high-performance, data-intensive CRM application. The candidate should be able to independently convert business requirements into scalable, production-ready frontend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance React.js applications.
- Work with large datasets (lakhs of records) while maintaining smooth and responsive UI performance.
- Build and optimize data-intensive screens using AG Grid.
- Integrate REST APIs and handle complex business workflows.
- Implement and manage application state, forms, authentication, and authorization.
- Build reusable and scalable frontend components.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend performance and production issues.
Must Have
- 2–3 years of professional experience with React.js.
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of React rendering and performance optimization.
- AG Grid – Mandatory, with experience handling large datasets.
- Knowledge of memoization, virtualization, pagination, filtering, debouncing, and efficient rendering.
- Experience with Redux Toolkit + Zustand.
- Experience with React Hook Form.
- REST API integration.
- Understanding of authentication & authorization.
- Good understanding of frontend architecture and scalable component design.
- Experience working on production applications.
Good to Have
- TypeScript
- Next.js / App Router
- SaaS / CRM / ERP experience
- WebSockets

Strong React.js + JavaScript + Problem Solving + Performance/Data Handling skills are more important than knowing a large number of technologies.
The developer should be comfortable making technical decisions around architecture, data handling, state management, performance, and edge cases based on business requirements.
