- Job Description – PUDO Manager
- Qualification: BE/B.TECH/ 12th+ Diploma, Core Hardware and Networking Profile
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Experience: 6 + yrs. of experience in IT Asset Management, including procurement, tagging, tracking, and lifecycle management of Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobiles, Printers, and other accessories .
- Must have worked on any asset management/ticketing tool for at least 3 yrs. Good at report generation, asset tracking, and reconciliation.
- Capable of training field engineers and excellent in team handling.
- Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing IT asset inventory and lifecycle at their respective locations and follow SLA.
- They will be the SPOC for all asset management roles and responsibilities of their PUDO, including asset allocation, tracking, ticket closure, and performance, Responsible for generating daily asset status report of the location and updating the project manager. Make sure field engineers are successfully closing maximum tickets in a day and updating asset records accordingly.
- Ensuring timely and accurate asset movement, tagging, and issuance to each engineer at the location.
- Hands on MS- Office.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
