Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive
HR Associate
to manage onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, compliance, and employee engagement. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee onboarding & documentation, including property rounds.

Manage attendance tracking, payroll approvals, and compliance reports.

Maintain leave records, salary increments, and bonus disbursement.

Ensure policy compliance, schedule POSH meetings, and handle FFS processing.

Cross-check employee data for Med claim policy renewals.

Verify and process invoices and canteen expenses on time.
Employee Engagement & Administration

Organize birthday celebrations, employee recognition programs (EOM, EOQ),etc.

Plan and execute Hospi Awards and other employee engagement activities.

Conduct outlet visits, prepare reports, and track key HR observations.

Provide mediclaim assistance and ensure canteen facilities are maintained.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.

1-3 years of HR experience preferred.

Proficiency in HRMS tools & MS Office.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
