We are looking for a proactive HR Associate to manage onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, compliance, and employee engagement. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Oversee onboarding & documentation, including property rounds.
- Manage attendance tracking, payroll approvals, and compliance reports.
- Maintain leave records, salary increments, and bonus disbursement.
- Ensure policy compliance, schedule POSH meetings, and handle FFS processing.
- Cross-check employee data for Med claim policy renewals.
- Verify and process invoices and canteen expenses on time.
- Organize birthday celebrations, employee recognition programs (EOM, EOQ),etc.
- Plan and execute Hospi Awards and other employee engagement activities.
- Conduct outlet visits, prepare reports, and track key HR observations.
- Provide mediclaim assistance and ensure canteen facilities are maintained.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools & MS Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
