job Summary
The Branch Head – Marketing is responsible for leading the branch's marketing and business development activities, achieving revenue and growth targets, developing customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of the organization's marketing strategy at the branch level.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and implement branch-level marketing strategies and action plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, campaigns, referrals, events, and local market activities.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
2. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Prepare branch-level sales and marketing plans.
- Monitor lead conversion, sales pipeline, and revenue performance.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and overall branch profitability.
- Track and report key marketing and business development KPIs.
3. Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch marketing/sales team.
- Allocate targets and responsibilities to team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Identify training and development requirements.
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and a performance-oriented work culture.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Handle important customer meetings, escalations, and negotiations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Develop referral and partnership networks within the local market.
5. Campaign & Promotion Management
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the central marketing team for branding and campaign implementation.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Organize seminars, exhibitions, customer events, and other promotional programs where applicable.
6. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare regular marketing, sales, and business development reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customers, and conversions.
- Analyze branch performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Present performance updates to senior management.
7. Compliance & Brand Management
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain consistency with organizational branding and communication standards.
- Ensure ethical marketing and customer engagement practices.

Qualifications

Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a branch management or team leadership role is preferred.
- Experience in achieving revenue targets and managing customer relationships.

Authority & Accountability
The Branch Head – Marketing is accountable for the overall marketing and business development performance of the branch and is expected to take appropriate decisions within the organization's approved policies, budgets, and authority limits.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
