We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled PEB Engineer with 10+ years of experience in the design, engineering, coordination, and execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in structural steel design, project coordination, fabrication, erection, and quality control while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and review Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures in accordance with applicable Indian and international design standards.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and project teams for technical approvals and project execution.
- Perform structural analysis using engineering software such as STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools.
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Review material requirements, fabrication processes, and erection methodologies.
- Provide technical support to fabrication and site execution teams.
- Monitor project schedules and resolve engineering and construction-related issues.
- Conduct site visits to ensure proper installation and adherence to approved drawings.
- Optimize structural designs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain structural integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability.
- Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and project progress updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in PEB design and execution.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel design and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering software.
- Thorough understanding of IS Codes, steel structures, fabrication, and erection practices.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
