Software Sales Executive / Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Software Sales professional with 3+ years of experience in B2B software/SaaS sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable software/SaaS solutions
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and SMB clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for solution alignment
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Software Sales / SaaS Sales / IT Sales
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS, Cloud, ERP, CRM, or IT solutions sales
- Exposure to enterprise sales and solution selling
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities
Pay: ₹30,920.11 - ₹50,058.11 per month
