Beauty Therapist Position: Beauty Therapist Experience: 3+ years preferred Industry: Beauty, Wellness & Aesthetics Work Location: Wellness Centre / Salon & Aesthetic Clinic About the Role We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and professional Beauty Therapist with strong knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in a wide range of beauty services, understand professional beauty protocols, and be capable of delivering excellent, personalised services to clients in a premium wellness environment. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of professional beauty and wellness services with expertise and attention to detail. Conduct client consultations and understand individual skin, hair, beauty, and wellness requirements. Provide services such as facials, clean-ups, skin treatments, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, body polishing, body treatments, head massages and other beauty services. Have good knowledge of different skin types, skin concerns, products, ingredients and professional treatment protocols. Recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products based on the client’s requirements. Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, sterilisation and personal grooming. Handle professional beauty equipment safely and correctly. Understand and follow all treatment protocols and safety procedures. Coordinate with the salon, wellness and aesthetic teams to provide a seamless client experience. Explain procedures, aftercare and precautions clearly to clients. Maintain client records and treatment details where required. Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and workstations are clean, organised and fully prepared. Stay updated with new beauty treatments, techniques, products, trends and industry developments. Support the centre in achieving high customer satisfaction, repeat visits and service standards. Maintain a professional, warm and courteous approach with every client. Required Skills & Knowledge Strong overall knowledge of the beauty, salon and wellness industry. Good practical knowledge of skin care, body care, hair removal, nail care and beauty treatments. Knowledge of professional beauty products and their correct usage. Excellent client consultation and communication skills. Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards. Ability to identify basic skin and beauty concerns and recommend suitable professional services. Ability to work independently as well as with a multidisciplinary team. Pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance and professional attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new treatments and technologies. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in a premium salon, wellness centre, luxury spa, aesthetic clinic or cosmetology centre will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients from consultation to treatment and should have comprehensive knowledge of beauty services required in a modern, premium wellness centre.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
