MES Opcenter Ex-core – Manager, Functional Transformation
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing functional and technical support for Siemens manufacturing execution system solutions, including Opcenter, APS, AIP, and Connect MOM, across manufacturing environments.
- Leading requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures for Siemens Opcenter implementations.
- Conducting workshops and customer design sessions to validate requirements, define future-state processes, and document Opcenter MES solutions.
- Designing integrations across plant control systems, enterprise resource planning, product lifecycle management, advanced planning and scheduling, and laboratory information management systems.
- Leading project teams, supporting proposal development, and contributing to the growth of Deloitte’s Siemens Manufacturing Execution System offering.

The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients’ toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.
Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST, as per business requirements
Qualifications: B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MBA
Required:
Required:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Master of Technology (M.Tech), or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens products, including Opcenter Execution Core or Camstar and MOM Connect.
- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Opcenter Execution Core, including modeling, Designer, and Portal Studio.
- Experience with Mendix and Opcenter-Mendix integration.
- Hands-on experience developing interfaces using CN MOM / MOM Connect and integrating manufacturing execution system solutions with enterprise resource planning, product lifecycle management, advanced planning and scheduling, laboratory information management systems, and plant control systems.
- Experience applying ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards in Opcenter manufacturing execution system design, including Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 systems and SAP-manufacturing execution system integration.
- Experience with Java, C# .NET, Oracle, Structured Query Language (SQL), SQL Server, stored procedures, and regulated requirements including Good Practice (GxP), Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP), and 21 CFR Part 11.
Preferred:
- Experience with Siemens MES global manufacturing suites, including Opcenter, APS, AIP, and Connect MOM.
- Experience with Siemens products such as DIS, Insights Hub, and Opcenter Intelligence.
- Experience customizing Siemens solutions using Mendix.
- Experience across MES design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Experience in interface development.
