About Us
Shivay Confectionery is one of India’s leading manufacturers and exporters of confectionery, snacks, and food products. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain / Purchase Manager to strengthen our procurement and supply chain operations.
Position: Supply Chain / Purchase ManagerKey Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, machinery spares, and other operational requirements.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiencies.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
· Identify and onboard new suppliers while evaluating vendor performance.
· Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per production schedules.
· Analyze market trends, pricing movements, and supply risks to optimize purchasing strategies.
· Coordinate import/export-related procurement activities when required.
· Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives for management review.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Candidate Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Procurement.
· Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Confectionery, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
· Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
· Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
