- Revenue Generation: Setting and tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Market Expansion: Identifying new business opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic centers, corporate institutions, and government health departments.
- Market Analysis: Tracking market trends, technological innovations, and competitor activities to proactively adjust sales tactics.
2. Team Leadership & Training
- Team Management: Recruiting, leading, and mentoring a team of sales representatives and field executives.
- Skill Development: Equipping the team with necessary product knowledge, clinical data, and sales techniques through regular training initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Reviewing individual and team performance metrics, correcting mistakes during field visits, and evaluating territory performance.
3. Client Relationship & Key Account Management
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, procurement heads, and key opinion leaders.
- Corporate Tie-Ups: Managing institutional collaborations, referral networks, and B2B corporate healthcare services.
- Negotiation & Closure: Conducting commercial negotiations, managing the tendering process, and finalizing sales contracts.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Clinical Alignment: Working closely with clinical and biomedical teams to ensure product knowledge aligns seamlessly with client needs.
- Project Execution: Partnering with internal operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery, equipment installation, or service handover.
5. Administration & Reporting
- Forecasting: Preparing detailed sales forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue projections for senior management.
- Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities and marketing practices rigorously comply with healthcare regulations and industry ethics.
