Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Personnel to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the freight forwarding,
Warehousing, inventory and order fulfilment of our smart devices business. This role is
crucial in enhancing the user experience and maintaining high levels of customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement & Freight forwarding:
- Coordinate with the manufacturing partners to ensure the items are safely and
e iciently imported
- Monitor and proactively solve for bottlenecks to ensure shipments are imported
in the least possible timeline
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for customs clearance and delivery
2. Warehousing & Inventory management:
- Ensure timely GRN and Credit notes for returns
- Ensure the inventory is distributed and available across all major channels of
Online, Marketplaces and O line to maximise sale
- Responsible for process improvement to reduce inventory loss and pilferage
3. Order fulfilment & Logistics:
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of
products to customers
- Monitor delivery schedules and proactively address any potential delays.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery status across all the
channels
4. Returns & Replacements:
- Ensure Replacement and returns deliveries on time
- Manage Repair and Refurbishment of faulty products
5. Operational E iciency:
- Streamline processes to improve operational e iciency and reduce delivery
times.
- Develop and implement industry best practices to improve e iciency and reduce
costs
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational
performance.
Expectation:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in operations, logistics, warehousing or
supply chain related roles, preferably within the technology or consumer
electronics sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work e ectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using MS O ice, logistics and project management software.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality
service.
Pay: ₹80,528.83 - ₹130,636.08 per month
